Making Payments

You may initiate an online Payment to USHA WELFARE TRUST (UWT) by providing the required information at the USHA WELFARE TRUST (UWT)Website. This required information includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Your name, address mobile and email address
  2. PAN number for 80G receipt
  3. The amount of the Payment
  4. The credit card or bank account details to be debited.

USHA WELFARE TRUST (UWT)will only process a Payment transaction when it has received an authorisation by Electronic Instruction from You directing USHA WELFARE TRUST (UWT)to transfer funds.

You must have adequate funds available in your Nominated Debit Account or on your Nominated Card in order for the transaction to be processed. If You do not, then USHA WELFARE TRUST (UWT)may recover from You any exception processing fees it incurs from any Bank or other financial institution. USHA WELFARE TRUST (UWT)may deduct these amounts from any of your accounts, the details of which You have provided to USHA WELFARE TRUST (UWT), without any notice to You.

Your financial institution may charge you a fee for the Payment processed by USHA WELFARE TRUST (UWT)to your nominated Card or Nominated Debit Account. USHA WELFARE TRUST (UWT)will not be liable for such fees and charges.

If You are a registered user of the Service, USHA WELFARE TRUST (UWT)will keep a record of the Payment transaction associated with your username for the period specified. However You are responsible for your own record keeping for financial planning, taxation or other purposes. To request a receipt for a payment to be sent to you, please provide a mailing address when making a donation and request a receipt by emailing USHA WELFARE TRUST (UWT)’s Honorary Treasurer at care@ushawelfaretrust.org.

Cancelling Payment

You may cancel certain Payments that have not yet been processed by USHA WELFARE TRUST (UWT) by contacting us within 3 days of authorizing the Payment. USHA WELFARE TRUST (UWT) may charge you a fee for cancelling the Payment. If the Payment cannot be cancelled as set out above, you cannot reclaim the Payment by initiating a chargeback via your financial institution.

Refund of the Payments

In case of refund of the donation made please write a mail within 3 days of the payment at care@ushawelfaretrust.org .

However, after 3 days of the payment no refund will be entertained.

The donation received is utilized for USHA WELFARE TRUST’s social welfare causes.
